Privacy Notice
I value privacy in the same way I value good communication: clear, minimal, purposeful. Below you'll find a straightforward explanation of what data is processed on this website and why.

I am the person responsible for data protection matters on this website.
2. Website Hosting (Wix.com)
This website is hosted by:
Wix.com Ltd.
40 Namal Tel Aviv St.
Tel Aviv 6350671
Israel
Wix processes data in the EU, Israel, and the United States. Israel is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.
Like most hosting providers, Wix automatically collects certain technical information to ensure the website works securely and reliably. This includes:
- Browser and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Time of server request
- IP address
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — my legitimate interest in providing a stable and secure website.
3. Contact Form
If you choose to contact me through the form on this website, I process the information you provide:
- Your name
- Your email
- Your message
I use this information solely to respond to your request.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as the processing is necessary to handle your inquiry and any steps connected to it.
I do not share this data with third parties. I store the data only for as long as it's needed for the purpose.
4. Cookies and Tracking
I do not use marketing cookies or tracking technologies by default.
Wix may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site functioning (e.g., session or security-related cookies). These are essential for the technical operation of the site and are allowed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR without requiring consent.
Google Analytics (GA4)
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: GTM-59JGF5QR), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse how visitors use the site.
Google Analytics is only activated if you give your explicit consent via the cookie banner. Without consent, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.
IP anonymisation is enabled. Data may be transferred to the United States; Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a legal safeguard.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent.
Google Ads
This website uses Google Ads conversion tracking (conversion ID: AW-17967191607) provided by Google Ireland Limited. This service helps measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Google Ads scripts are only loaded if you give your explicit consent via the cookie banner. Without consent, no Google Ads cookies are set and no data is transmitted.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent.
Managing Your Preferences
You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of this website. Your preference is stored in a cookie so you are not asked again.
5. Newsletter & Digital Content
When you sign up for a guide or template, we enter into a small agreement. Instead of paying with money, you're giving me your permission to join my mailing list.
What we do: We use your name and email to send you the file you asked for, plus regular updates, career tips, and news about my coaching services.
The Legal Bit (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): We process your data because it's necessary to fulfill this agreement.
Proving it's you (Double Opt-In): To make sure nobody else signed you up, we send a confirmation link. We save the technical details of when you clicked it (like your IP and time) because the law requires us to be able to prove that you actually wanted to join (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Your Choice: You can leave at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.
6. Email Marketing with Brevo
To make sure my emails look great and actually reach your inbox, I use a service called Brevo.
Our Partner: Brevo is based in Germany and follows strict privacy rules. I've signed a formal agreement with them to ensure they handle your data safely.
Learning what you like: My marketing emails contain a tiny invisible graphic that tells me if the email was opened or if a link was clicked. This helps me understand which topics you find helpful so I can send you more of what you like and less of what you don't.
Privacy First: If you don't want this tracking, you can simply unsubscribe.
7. Professional Signal Assessment Tool
I operate a free web-based tool called the Professional Signal Assessment, available separately from this website. This section explains how data is handled when you use that tool.
What the tool does: You upload a document (such as a CV or LinkedIn profile) and the tool generates a personalised analysis to help you align your professional presence with your career direction.
What data is processed: The document you upload is transmitted securely and processed transiently in real time solely to generate your analysis. It is immediately discarded after processing. No document content, personal data, IP address, or any other identifier is saved to any database. This tool operates on a strict zero-data-retention basis.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary to provide the service you have requested.
AI processing and sub-processors: This tool is built on Lovable, an AI-powered development platform. Your input is processed by large language models operated by third-party AI providers, including Anthropic and OpenAI, acting as sub-processors. These providers receive your input transiently for the purpose of generating your analysis only. Lovable's contractual agreements with these providers restrict the use of customer data for model training or retention. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made about you — all output is informational and intended to support your own judgment.
EU AI Act disclosure: In accordance with EU AI Act transparency requirements, you are informed that artificial intelligence is used to generate the output of this tool. You remain in full control of how you interpret and act on any results provided.
Cookies and tracking: The tool uses no cookies, tracking technologies, or analytics.
8. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access to your personal data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your data
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Objection to processing
If you want to exercise any of these rights, just contact me using the details above.
9. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For Berlin, this is:
Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information
Alt-Moabit 59–61
10555 Berlin
Germany

10. Updates
I may adjust this Privacy Notice occasionally to reflect legal or technical changes. Any updates will be published here so you always know what's happening with your data.
