Who I Am
I'm Alicja — a Growth & Career Coach based in Berlin. For 15 years I led Talent Acquisition at German and European tech companies. I conducted over 5,000 interviews and made 1,000+ hiring decisions, most of them about international candidates.
I also built my own career as a foreigner in Germany — including as the only foreign Director in a German corporation. I understand systemic bias, invisible cultural rules, and the gap between how DEI is promised and how it's practiced.
That dual perspective is what I bring to every coaching engagement. Not frameworks. Not generic advice. The actual inside knowledge of how this market works. I help international professionals get hired, promoted, and move forward with confidence in a market that has its own rules.
